This course combines the content from the Data Administration Tools course and the Upgrading Your PeopleSoft System course.
The Data Management Tools course provides the foundation for understanding the PeopleSoft databases and the tools.
This course focuses on the tools and methodology necessary to manage multiple environments (i.e.: development, QA, production) and migrate objects between databases. This class will also provide the information necessary for keeping your system current by applying maintenance.The Upgrading Your PeopleSoft System course focuses on the database upgrade process. Before undertaking a Release upgrade, the project team must be properly prepared and understand how the new release affects their system. This course focuses on the steps used to upgrade a PeopleSoft database from PeopleSoft 7.5 to PeopleSoft 8.4.
