Name: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
Course Code: BU340
Duration: 10

Scheduled Dates for BU340

The objective of our Green Belt Curriculum is to help participants develop a working knowledge of the basic Lean Six Sigma Quality tools and statistics and to acquire the ability to apply those tools and statistics to solve business problems and support Black Belts. Attendees are expected to come to the class with a project to work on over the course of the training, because having a project ensures the participants are thinking about how they might be able to apply the topic in question. They are also given time during class to apply the tools and techniques they are learning to their project. The course is based on the Black Belt materials, which makes it easy for Green Belts to become a Black Belt later on.
