The course uses a service company with manufacturing components as an example throughout. Exercises using either an experiential simulation or an assembly and packaging company case study for every applicable module provide the opportunity to apply what participants have just learned. This course is for service and manufacturing companies and can include administrative processes as well. Participants will be aware of Lean concepts, principles, and tools at the conclusion of this course. The course is designed so that it can "boost" a company's Six Sigma efforts with Lean.
Target Audience
This course applies to anyone working in an organization with an existing Six Sigma program and looking to add the benefits of Lean Six Sigma without starting over from scratch. The course assumes a familiarity with computers and basic analytical skills.
