Persuasion and Influence starts from within everyone and is achievable by all! In this workshop. Participants will learn the detail about the 12 Laws of Persuasion, which are based on human behavioral responses. Leadership qualities that support the project manager's persuasion success will also be covered in detail. Two assessment tools are used in this class; a 360 degree leadership assessment and a PM persuasion assessment. This is a highly interactive course.
